• Our Rental bike cannot be drop-off. Please return the bicycle to our shop by 6pm on the day of use.
• If you require a drop-off service, you can use the return service provided by WAKKA. For charges and reservations, please check for details yourself at the website below.

• A charger is available at no charge for guests who use electric bicycles for at least two days. Please charge the battery at your hotel.
• Please make sure to inform us by e-mail about cancellations or changes in arrival time. If one hour has elapsed from the reserved time without prior notification, the booking will be deemed cancelled and 100% of the rental fee will be charged.
• Our rental bicycles are not equipped with chain covers, so please refrain from wearing wide bottomed bottoms and shoes with exposed toes. Our staff reserves the right to refuse use of the bicycles if we deem them to be dangerous.
• We provide free lockers so that you can enjoy cycling light. If you have large luggage that does not fit in the lockers, we will be happy to store it at the counter.
• Helmets are available free of charge.
